Official Description: Bruce Willis is back in action – mind-blowing, heart-stopping, rip-roaring action – as John McClane, the heroic New York cop with a knack for being in the wrong place at the right time. John’s latest predicament takes him all the way to Russia to track down his estranged son, Jack (Jai Courtney), who has been imprisoned in Moscow. But the mission takes a deadly turn as father and son must join forces to thwart a nuclear weapons heist that could trigger World War III!
Unofficial Description: I wasn’t as disappointed in this flick as a lot of other folks were. I have certain expectations from a Die Hard movie, and this one hit most of those. There was a theme to the flick beyond the shoot em up aspects, one of parent’s and their children and the relationships they have, or don’t have. Granted, this wasn’t more than a superficial aspect, but it was there. I’d go so far as to say that it wasn’t even explored as much in this film, with McClane’s son, as it was in the last film, which featured his daughter. There was a nice bookend moment with all three characters. As for the story itself, it was less developed, if possible, from the previous film. Yeah, I just typed that. About a Die hard movie… Wow. Yikes.
ANYWAY, lots of things go boom brain off enjoy… yeah…
Yippie kay-yay…

Yeah, I got off of the bus on the last Die Hard movie.
Willis isn’t bad in RED, though.
Sounds like it was reasonably entertaining. 🙂
