Saw this last week when I was coming home. Turned off the main street into my neighborhood and saw the green glow. Tried to stop to take a pic but my car was sliding in the snow, so this is the best I could manage:

The pole was leaning up against the fence. The next morning, it was off the fence and on the ground. Day after that, back up and working. City of Aurora moved fast…
