They say you should do a sketch/framework to give yourself an idea of what your drawing will be, and then build layers on top of that. ‘They’ usually have cool underlit drawing boards or tracing paper or use Photoshop… unlike me… who uses post-it notes… so if I frame something, it doesn’t really go beyond the frame…
