Well, we got dumped on. Again. My neighborhood looks like we got a foot, give or take an inch.  Having just spent 2 hours trying to dig out my car, driveway and sidewalk, I’d say we got a hundred billion feet.

My 1st look this morning. Saw the car across the street and groaned.

Number 2:

Started shoveling the driveway and realized I was building a mountain.

Number 3:

A look down the driveway as I'm shoveling. Mom was helping too, so we were double teaming the mountain of snow.

Number 4:

I have to clear the sidewalk all the way to the stop sign, then go around the side of the house and down to the mailboxes.

Number 5:

The snow piled on top of my car. There is no room for my car in the garage.

Number 6:

The other side of my car. There's actually a path there to my backyard gate. Can't quite see it, though...

Number 7:

I cut a path to the stop sign. Essentially, I set the shovel to the snow and push forward like a plow. Sometimes, being a big guy comes in handy.

Number 8:

My car from the front. Sigh. Cleaning it will be a pain.

So, there you go. Some snow pics. Still need to shovel the back porch, but, damn! That’s a lot of snow.  Also, it’s deeper in the street because everyone (including me) was shoveling out into the street.  Getting any car out of the culdesac will be a painindesac.

Grrr. Argh.

I think we got as low as 55 degrees today. We’re toying with the idea of closing the windows.

*shakes fist* I’ll close YOUR windows!

*not sure if that makes sense or not*
