I was watching an episode of Firefly on the Science Channel when my mom walked by.  Looking at the screen she said, “Oh! Isn’t that Castle?”

I replied, “Yes – and that’s the girl from The Cape, there’s Casey from Chuck and that’s Diana from V…”

Luck happens.  But not as often as hard work.

* * *

More often than not, I have to do things ‘my way’.  That’s not because my way is better, I’d even go so far as to say that my way is usually the hard way.  No, I have to do things ‘my way’ because of the way my brain works and how I learn.  I have to do it for myself.

I live without credit cards.  I KNOW, RIGHT?!  I don’t have a single one at the moment.

The LSD episode of Fringe was really, really weird.

My cat meowed the other day.  I looked up and said, “uh-oh! Someone can’t poop!”

…when the hell did I become the cat whisperer?
