You know that thing where they use a sword to pop the cork on a bottle of champagne? Who the HELL thought that shit up? I mean, how does that happen?
“George – yo, George? I can’t get this bottle open. Do you have one those.. oh.. uh.. you know.. with the handle… oh it’s on the tip of my tongue…”
“Razor sharp sword?”
“Yeah! No! Wait – that could work…”

I have a lot of books on my ‘to-read’ list and for the 1st time in my life EVER, I don’t think I’ll get them all read.

Did I mention that I did a new savings thing? $25 a week automatically goes from checking to savings. I think I mentioned that already. D’oh.

I lost another 2 lbs! I’m now at 268.

I haven’t had a Mt Dew in over a week, I think… Wow. Trip.

It’s been really cold the past few days and the cats have been sticking close to me. I hope it’s to stay warm and not because they plan to eat me when I fall asleep…
