Whew. I’m tired. Was a long weekend. Tons of mountains. Tons of pics to come to the site – I’m thinking about doing like a pic a week or something with a brief story.

*snort* Who am I kidding? Am I even CAPABLE of a BRIEF story…?

The podcasting thing is a lot of fun.

Haven’t written much of anything since… July 25th? Maybe the 26th? Dunno. Been crazy with my brother in town and any time I do spend at the computer is either work related or podcast related. My personal inbox has exploded with messages which is good and bad. Need to get a routine going for that, I guess.

Meanwhile, Cord Cahill (short story) and Sam Kane (novel) are kicking around in my brain demanding to be let out again.

…need to find time to write.

Haven’t read much in the past week either. Started Swords & Dark Magic and I really like the first couple stories, but that’s as far as I got.

Let’s talk about that for a second. I like the Anthology because it’s sort of like a mixed tape or a soundtrack; you get to hear a lot of different stuff from different people that you might not otherwise check out AND, if you find someone you like, you can seek out their other stuff.

It’s a total win-win situation.

Basement project is on hold while my brother’s in town, seeing as how that’s his bedroom at the moment.

The cantina tacos from Taco Bell aren’t half bad.
