- I’m not a fan because a lot of times -I- don’t see the difference. I had someone bring me photos of a ‘remodel’. They wanted to market a- #
- -loan program that is specifically for remodels, rehabs, etx (203K if you’re interested). The before & after photos weren’t that different. #
- The sales person wanted to build this whole campaign around these photos. I had to ask him what was different from photo 1 to photo 2. #
- He looked stunned. I really couldn’t see the differences? Nope. Looked like the exact same kitchen to me. Apparently the cabinets were new- #
