Was checking out movie trailers and wanted to share.
This could be the stupidest movie ever made. Or it could be hilarious. I DON’T KNOW!
It’s Halloween night, and slacker video clerk Stan Helsing – along with his insanely sexy ex-girlfriend, best buddy and an exotic dancer/’massage therapist’ – detours into a town cursed by the biggest monsters in movie history: Freddy, Jason, Pinhead, Leatherface, Chucky, & Michael Myers. But when Stan discovers that he’s a direct descendant of the legendary monster hunter Van Helsing, the four will have to survive a night of hell raisers, hockey masks, psycho dolls, pleather faces, creepy hitchhikers, vampire strippers, killer karaoke, and lots of hot chicks kissing each other. The one and only Leslie Nielsen of AIRPLANE! and THE NAKED GUN co-stars in this hysterical horror spoof written and directed by one of the guys who brought you SCARY MOVIE.
I know nothing about this except that it has a FREAKY trailer.
Comingsoon.net says: Plot Summary: In the supernatural thriller “Season of the Witch,” Nicolas Cage stars as a 14th century Crusader who returns with his comrade (Ron Perlman) to a homeland devastated by the Black Plague. A beleaguered church, deeming sorcery the culprit of the plague, commands the two knights to transport an accused witch (Claire Foy) to a remote abbey, where monks will perform a ritual in hopes of ending the pestilence.
Jackie Chan as a spy who is tasked with babysitting some kids. …wait, didn’t Dwayne Johnson already make this movie??
Holy crap. Mel Gibson made a good movie again?! WOW! And it has Wil Scarlett in it! SOLD!
Plot Summary: “Edge of Darkness” is an emotionally charged thriller set at the intersection of politics and big business. Thomas Craven (Mel Gibson) is a veteran homicide detective for the Boston Police Department and a single father. When his only child, twenty-four year-old Emma (Bojana Novakovic), is murdered on the steps of his home, everyone assumes that he was the target. But he soon suspects otherwise, and embarks on a mission to find out about his daughter’s secret life and her killing. His investigation leads him into a dangerous, looking glass world of corporate cover-ups, government collusion and murder – and to shadowy government operative Darius Jedburgh (Ray Winstone), who has been sent in to clean up the evidence. Craven’s solitary search for answers about his daughter’s death transforms into an odyssey of emotional discovery and redemption.
